The company not having good working culture.its typical local company..some people who identify themself as managers are ruining the company.they want their work get it done.and they take name and fame & money which actually belongs to their juniors. Middle management not stronge enough to take decision as they don't have stronge technical skills/they neither trained nor educated.thus lower management taking care of company but top management appreciate only middle management....Read More

Very struggle to work with , discouraging people surrounding..even if you keep your confidence 100% they ruin your day.self motivated is very hard to manage here
