Quality of work life balance. Its a family based business, so everyone here will be like a family. Your behaviour and charecter maters more than your skills is what I felt.. No micro monitoring, you will get the freedom to do your work.

No career growth plan until you ask for it. There will be a one month delay to get the salary..

The management didn't have ability to understand the situation and didn't gave support to those guys who are work for the company. NOT EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY some guys (ASM s) didn't have minimum level of qualification . (few peoples are makes problem ,if the management understand that they will succeed)
