First of all, giving an opportunity to a fresher is very important factor! They hire freshers and that's a very good thing! But after that...You have to search for another opportunity because you'll feel the work is too much and you're paid less! Salary growth is very low! But if you need an experience go for it! Colleagues are very good and friendly (most of them)!

*No Earnings if you are an M.com,MBA or Engineering grad and at the same time you are a fresher the salary will be less! When compared to another companies! *HR department is not at all performing well! Because even if we work in there they'll not provide atleast a good format experience certificate!
