The carrier gowth is not guaranteed as every freshers will resign within one year no stability for staff in Nippon due to there poor management. We will not get salary increment and promotion if we work hard then also. Promotion is only allowed for senior most people in each department. Nobody is looking performance of staff only higher level people going to higher in salary and post.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

First of all, giving an opportunity to a fresher is very important factor! They hire freshers and that's a very good thing! But after that...You have to search for another opportunity because you'll feel the work is too much and you're paid less! Salary growth is very low! But if you need an experience go for it! Colleagues are very good and friendly (most of them)!

*No Earnings if you are an M.com,MBA or Engineering grad and at the same time you are a fresher the salary will be less! When compared to another companies! *HR department is not at all performing well! Because even if we work in there they'll not provide atleast a good format experience certificate!
