If You work in the Project Site which is in Darjeeling, then you would get a lifetime Experience.But in the Office , its like a hell . The Managing Director himself a Accountant, Engineer, Sales Head, Back office operation , R&D, everything. So, you can't get your proper value of your knowledge and you can't justify your point. He stalk over how much sugar and milk you took for your tea, He would complain though you took adequate amount , because whatever the amount is , it's always large for him. However, Salary for Engineer is much more less than A Tea seller's daily income. In fact, the Project Manager got under 15k/ month.So don't expect the salary. But the company gives fresher the opportunity to kickoff their careers....Read More
