1- Gendor Descrimanation 2- Wrost HR policies in terms of increments, promotions (Some people are not bound by the policies) 3- Unfair competition and Toxic political culture 4- Favouritism, Creting regional importance 5- Unfavourable work from Home policy during COVID. 6- Bad Leadership 7- If resigns then either person of HR doesnot attend the calls or not respoding, not supporting to provide experiance certificates, resignation acknowledgement to prospective employer, No proper Exit interviews formalities etc....Read More

If you join with a particular designation for a particular project on a Contractual payroll, your growth will be zero in the firm. Even if you serve for a longer period. Your designation remains unchanged.
