The management of NKI and the department (Jal Nigam rural & Administration) are always behind the progress and support of each employee. Work full day in the general shift. The workplace culture is good, and we get to learn a lot beyond the work.

Non qualified people are being promoted due to sycophancy.Someone who is favorite may be promoted out of the way. The HR does not have the role to play, they only took salaries and become a mute spectator.
