There is no job Satisfaction, Working Environmental is terrible, there is no training even you lost your existing skills also if spend 1 year here. There is no job security every you are getting new threat also. If you join this company you spoil your life

Nippon is a great company to boost your career if you are a fresher. Here you get to work on various projects under the guidance of seniors who are very humble.

Dislikes

The only thing I don't like is that sometimes we have to work overtime, which makes it difficult to keep the work-life balance. However, the company takes good care of its employees.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
