Dont be fooled by the name Nippon. It is a desi company run by lala in lala style. There is no engineering, all the products are imported from China in SKD form and and some assembly is done. Mostly you can consider this company as a "trading organization". If you are an engineer this is NOT the company for you. The salaries are okay for freshers but not for other levels. There is NO medical insurance, career growth and proper HR policies. Even if you are desperate for a job don't bother to consider this company. Search elsewhere and you will be better off. Very poor work culture and HR policies. Still runs old HR techniques and poor systems. 6 days working while most Tier 1's have 5 days.
