Toxic work culture. People in top positions are very toxic. Higher level tech people create worst architecture not giving any room to compete in the market. Because of this worst architecture product is handcuffed, we cannot think of building world class apps. Most of the tech team are less than a year experience. In Finance team full politics and manages do their own things never listen to team members. You have to stretch day and night when your manager is chilling with his family.
