New projects are directly implemented without doing pilot projects and all. That sometimes may affect the regular business from which customers are getting disturbed. For eg. Regular model changed to MDC immediately with which customers got disturbed to order. On the job training is not given.

Daily I m getting new opportunities to work. And I m not aware, where I will be relocated in next 2 months as I m working in NPT😀. I learnt Sales, Expansion, Procurement in CCs as well as NPT. And still learning and growing.
