They will not tell you what to do and one fine day you are asked to leave, decisions still after 8 years of inception is made like a whip which is not good at all. They say there culture has evolved and doing good now it will be for few weeks and then they will start showing true colours .old habits die hard Most conversations are in Tamil and you feel wt ? You can hear people shouting and getting furious on there subordinates which they think is ok and slowly if you are manager they will pass this trait to you unknowingly. So guys research before joining a company and wasting your career there are many companies out there , you get into this easily . Worst company to work. They hire you and get the work done and then during appraisal they say, they actually don't require this position anymore and due to that reason they give minimal hike. Too much work pressure 24/7 you are expected to be available including Saturday and Sunday. Management plays blame game.Any fault by management will consequences has to be faced by employees. No proper infra provided for employees Office is not good no proper facilities or cafeteria. They make you work like a donkey and throw peanuts during appraisal and no recognition as well.
