Toxic work culture. People in top positions are very toxic. Higher level tech people create worst architecture not giving any room to compete in the market. Worst company to work. They hire you and get the work done and then during appraisal they say, they actually don't require this position anymore and due to that reason they give minimal hike. Too much work pressure 24/7 you are expected to be available including Saturday and Sunday. Management plays blame game.Any fault by management will consequences has to be faced by employees. No proper infra provided for employees Office is not good no proper facilities or cafeteria. They make you work like a donkey and throw peanuts during appraisal and no recognition as well.
