Dislikes

Middle management are very bad, even CA level experienced managers didn't know how to behave with team and colleagues. Only join if you are jobless.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
