Well established brand in waterproofing site execution as a contracting firm with a track record of more than 50 years.

Dislikes

Updatation in systems on day to day basis is might be beneficial in long terms perspective but the same being the hardel in day to day operations while working which is indirectly affecting the confidence and productivity of the actual site team.

Work satisfaction - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

The company supported and retained the manpower even in the tough time like covid pandemic that is appreciated but I personally feel the work pressure the site team is going through is extremely high and that is ultimately affecting the quality of work.
