The Institute goes all out to restore and reward deserving and hardworking staff members. People get promoted quickly if they deliver.

Dislikes

The Management is helpful but quite strict. Doesn't compromise even slightly as far as student welfare goes. Otherwise it's good.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
