I have 1.7 years of experience in React, and my current CTC is 4 LPA. I went for an interview at Nimap Infotech for a React.js position, and I cleared the first round, which included 3 live coding tasks and some JavaScript logical questions. After passing the first round, I was told that I would need to create a clone of BookMyShow,followed by L1, L2, and L3 rounds. However, their package is only 2.6 LPA, and there is a 2 to 3-year bond. Environment is not healthy , very much poor. People at management are worst to the employee, not safe for girls. Girls are unsecured here, I will never suggest this company to any girl. Also They directly fired employee without any notice by giving reason of performance low even having good at particular technology.
