I like about working in Nilkamal Bitto storage systems nbbs.. 1..I like to read the engineering drawings . 2.i like managing the client issue at site 3.l like also reporting all details of site to my senior 4.i lead the menpower at site and give them a target .

Often I saw the there is a big problem to managing the contractors and worker who work here .. So I don't like to lead them for target nad also many times a few materials are sorted at site .. By which client is do misbehav with me Thus types of work I don't like ..

I hv worked only two or three site of Nilkamal . I can lead the team for a target and inspiring them for a better results. I did. Work in reporting all details to senior staff .to solving it . And solved the client issues at site.

Dislike..When company bind up from my location senior said to me Aap apne liye Job dekh Lo...after that I lost my Job and that next three months I had job less. I worked there approx 10 Years I give half times of my Life in nilkamal and last they searched other job..

Senior not supported and more politics from senior side and misbehaving culture from seniors even not supported in market they alwas sitting in ac rooms and play games with juniors and hr also supported to them and if you are on leave then also you have to work otherwise seniors will abused you while company give leave.
