They are trying to fool everyone here by forcing employees to write good reviews, company's strength is only 82 , but they have only seating capacity of 50 employees , They have frauded some of the employees by not giving their PF amount, Worst work culture, even half of the seating chairs are broken inside the office if you want your mental health to be good ,dont join this organisation ,they will make you fake promises, HR here has no powers ,she will never help you ,they will ask you to work more than 9 hours without overtime pay, Beware of other reviews as we are forced by company's HR and management to post positive review....Read More

Since it is a startup so one will learn many things

Work culture is poor. No appreciation and no promotion. Only the favorites are given the benefits. No management inside the company and they don't believe in discussion rather just fire people in one day without notice or any compensation. Authorities are not reliable here

I am a Java Springboot Developer working with Nile from last 1.5 years. I feel company is good, they have flexible working hours and in case of any need they provide Hybrid or WFH options also. HR is nice and supportive. Management is also fine. Salary is on time.
