A very good institute for beginners to learn the things. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

Timing is too strict, workload is too much, a full time lecturer has to do clerical works sometimes along with own work.

My was interesting as well as hectic but it helped lot to work in another institute.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Very poor IT department..they don't want to upgrade new hardware and software and using old version software..
