Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Working with Nikom has been a positive experience. The company boasts a world class infrastructure in their new office at Okhla. The newly designed office space boasts productivity and fosters highly motivated students people. I think my favourite thing about Nikom is the flat heirarchy where senior management is extremely approachable which ensures Nikom is a space where all voices are heard.
