Nijhawan as a group is huge but when it comes to retail channel, I found it unorganized. However, I spent 6 months but didn't enjoy working, it was more of a burden that i was taking along. Although, I earned healthy incentives in 2 months for my achievements out of 6 but lately Co. regretted that they committed such amount. Financeteam has been the reason why Adidas as a brand ramped down. Brand always supported me in learnings and some authorities were against it due imaginary ego. Hence, I didn't have a good experience due to such micro management where people feel suffocated in the end....Read More

Very less opportunity to get promotion. At mid management politics is at very high level.

Work is normal. But business is always trying to suppress IT and blaims it for any error.
