The work Culture was Good enough and was parallel to other corporates. Would Love to Seve the organization Again If Offered. Salary, Incentive and other perks were quite lucrative.

The Management and team Looking after the promotions and upgradation was not transparent enough. Rather the model they built for IJP was so Vacuous that the winners were pre-assumed.
