No job security as such they will call one day and tell you that we are canceling employment. No freedom to express oneself and mix with colleagues. They will term it has a behavioural issue with the collegaues if you want to talk or clarify something with your fellow team mate .Unorganized structure where one person is managing every department of digital marketing ranging from social media organic to paid media. Job is secure untill you can digest their rude behaviour. Too much unhygienic environment even the covid setuation they don't even provide sanitizer for employees or students. You will be good if you say Yes with them. Too much politics. Only positive is they provide the salary on time avarage.
