Higher level peoples are dominating All organisation. No work from home facility or hybrid model. Higher management tell people to resign if they don't want to work from office. Work life balance is zero if you are working in banking account.

One of the worst company I have worked with. Got hired to stream line the pilot project. After a month came to know that client can not afford the rates that were provided to them. Later was asked to handle the another project which they have been handling from quite a long time and came to know that all the knowledge was with the earlier manager who had handed over. No one had any ideas on what type of support they were providing, all of their level1 level2 and level3 team were not in a capacity to handle any of the issue and apart from that all of them were working on different projects simultaneously and there was no such type of week offs at all if you get the issue where you the contract stats no support on week end still you will be asked to provide support. Any of the client or any of the new joiner should be very cautious before joining this company. They will lure with offers but trust me the moment you go into this company you will regret it....Read More

Internal Politics and Management team is very terrible...No one is free here all are puppets and do slavery and spent decades in their comfort zone... The most disgusting thing is most of the senior guys are sitting in this company from a decade(comfort zone) and they don't have any knowledge technically but they thing themselves like god....If you try to say something right or against them then they will make your life terrible and intimidate you that they will fire you...
