The company is a good working place then because most workers get employed through reference. So everybody try to work in harmony with others to be a good ambassador of his /her referral.

The system was designed in a way that you find it difficult to quit for your personal business development because of the way they structure their compensation and benefits payment.

Work Details

My personal work experience in nigerite is very hectic because I happened to be a a technician with responsibility of equipment maintenance, but later enforce to responsible for operation and maintenance of the machinery and equipment due retrenchment exe

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
