HR to bad. You join Nifco means you are taking punishment of your life. HR is to toxic, you can't leave there. Even toxic like that it will impact on your personal life also. Toxic like that you are causing yourself that why are you joining this company. I was feel that this bad time period of my life.

1. "Unfortunately, my experience with HR at was disappointing. They were unresponsive and unhelpful in addressing my concerns." Manesar hr head is very political person. 2. "The India top management at was detached and unsupportive. They prioritized their own interests over the well-being of employees." Japanese is very bad . He is discussing with team don't work in nifco Gujarat plant this is very bad company. 3. "I found the HR processes at to be inefficient and ineffective. They failed to provide adequate support or resources to employees." 4. "The company's leadership in India was lacking in transparency, accountability, and communication. This created a toxic work environment and hindered employee growth." 5. "My experience with was marred by poor HR practices and inept top management in India.
