Basically everything, Its worst than a local garment factory, No professionalism at all, none of the HR team members can speak basic English, There is nothing to gauge your performance ( At all level), Salary is pathetic, They are not aware of the terms like performance, people management at all. VP is someone who doesnt even know what the business is and goes to HR for opertional decisions.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
