I had associated with this company from beginning.that time I'm only designer but at the time of covid I do not get any help from this oraganization and they asked to leave without any notice.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics between team leader and project manager. The management is good but doesn’t address our issues.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
