Absolutely garbage company.. Too much politics bad working culture.. They don't treat well to their employees..From the day one they will give huge. Pressure.. They hired me two months back even after knowing that I was fresher.. After two months later they fired me from the job.. reason they gave me performance..Not even a single bad reviews ever came from any clients . Still they will judge you and gave you xyz reason to terminate you.. No job security.. most of the designer taking ideas from freepik and call themselves great designer.. wow. Why you selected then ?? How long it takes to understand that some one is good or bad .. If I was so bad then they could have terminate within a week.. It takes only a week to understand someone's performance.. basically they hired employees when they have too many projects..
