No one listens to you, power is in the hands of only one person. The co-founders don't care what's happening in the organization. Concerns have been raised multiple times. The PM team is very inexperienced they didn't know how to manage clients or how to plan things in the project so that we can deliver it smoothly. If any discrepancy occurred in the project or delivery then they put all blame on the developers. The HR team always listens to you but never applies it or performs any action against it.
