We get full support over here , flexibility in working hours , whenever we needed leave or advance in salary we get on an urgent basis. We also get fabilous food service or cafeteria services . we get full support in working from our seniors one.

Friendly working environment and flexibility, helping me maintain my work life and personal life balance.

Dislikes

There is a lack of constructive criticism, and hence decreasing the competency. That creates a Progressive nature amongst employees.

I work as UI Designer and lead visualisation head. I mostly work with the look and feel of the product.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
