I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I have worked with NESL for more than 19 years out of my total working tenure and really mean it that I am highly satisfied working with them.

Compensation is very poor because of Kolkata based company . Very slow growth rate as I started with sales engineer and I got only 5 promotions even after good performance.
