NHPC gives excellent opportunity to work through out the country specially in the high altitude of Himalayas in Kashmir, himachal and the queen of the hills Sikkim. It's only premier company of govt of India to develop hydropower to fulfill the electric requirements of country.

Dislikes

It's needs balance of postings in head office as well as in projects.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
