The company is 'lala' type. Nothing is organised. Their rules keep changing all the time according to them... There is no job security. No work life balance. There is no calculation of time. The time of punch in is fixed but not that of punch out. According to the company, the employee should give priority only to the company, family friends should go later.. Not understand employees situations never allow for immediate leave and always extended employees working timings instead of 9 hours of shift every employee working atleast 10 hours everyday and on weekends and holidays timings should be extended to 12-14 hours a day

incentives schemes are not up to the mark for employees point of view as compared to the other retail competitors. Need to work on that. No enjoyment on festivals at home as during festival period all week-offs they cancelled and sometimes working shift time is full, i.e. more than 12 hours mainly during festivals. Need to think about this very seriously. If these issues are resolved then this company will be the best for employees in retail section in central India....Read More
