Everyone was friendly and sweet on face.

It's a Lala company. Run by a family, they don't want to pay but squeeze out as much work as possible. Their salary slips are a joke and are not official.

I am a self learner and contribute. So I took on various roles and did a lot of self learning. But then as a company have NO'T paid my salary since November 2019 apparently due to cash crunch and are now trying to use the pandemic scenario as an excuse to say they don't know when they will be able to pay it. They are holding backsalaries of other employees also although their backlog is not as much as mine. Just because I believed their stories of a cash crunch and was patient....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
