...er and contribute. So I took on various roles and did a lot of self learning. But then as a company have NO'T paid my salary since November 2019 apparently due to cash crunch and are now trying to use the pandemic scenario as an excuse to say they don't know when they will be able to pay it. They are holding back salaries of other employees also although their backlog is not as much as mine. Just because I believed their stories of a cash crunch and was patient.

The virtual uncertainty created by management in employees s minds. Else the productivity would have been much higher overall.

...e. Sometimes made to work for 22 hours at a stretch if there is any deliverable. No Employment Contract made even after 3 months of working, plus no salary given for the period. When left due to non-payment, was threatened with verbal abuses. Then, for the amount of salary not given for a period of 3 months, at the end of the financial year, I was shocked to know that NFX Digital has deducted TDS @ 10% of the amount due without giving a single paisa to me! When confronted, the Owner said that they will pay the total due amount later. But despite repeated follow ups, salary was never paid and I had to pay the remaining 20% tax due amount trusting the fraud Owner of this company. After 2 years, when I repeatedly followed up for my payment, I was told that there were some quality issues with the work and hence they have decided not to pay! What an idiotic explanation!!! You took work for 3 full months without any payment or Employment Contract, and when asked for both these, you stop assigning work (it was a WFH profile), and after 2 years and deducting 10% TDS, for which you promise to pay full payment later and for which I paid remaining 20% tax at the end of FY, you just say no payment will be made due to quality issues!!! Bunch of frauds and idiots in this company. If they had quality issues, then why gave work for 3 months and then deducted 10% TDS? They had no answer for this question as they have done the same thing to many people in the past. Legal system of India does not allow such illegal activities to go into Consumer Forum, and no one has the time or patience to approach Civil Court and local police authorities for such harassment, else all promoters and senior employees of this organization would have been behind bars long back.
