Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nowadays Neycer is new brand products although Neycer was a good brand before 10-15 years ago,due to operational issue it was invisible in Sanitaryware sector.so it is too difficult to promote.

Good response by the top management, friendly behaviour with employees,

Late response by staff, delayed in payments structure, poor communication, language barrier

The job is quite interesting. Struggled lot in beginning as there was no formal communications with staff, language barrier, late response, late payments, lot of deduction in expenditure (reambresment), delayed order supply, delayed breakage lose claim,
