I would just suggest that don't go on designation or money in this company as they can change policy at any point of time. Salary are not on time and no one is there in company to listen to you. All communication are just one sided. They hardly reply to any queries of anyone. Even expenses are delayed every time. Not a good company to work with for any employee who is old in corporate.

Culture is pathetic. Expenses and salary is on toss.no fixed date. Upper management and company owners are least bothered about the employees.
