In NexWave, salaries are not paid properly, and the HR team is not supportive. When I joined NexWave, they initially told me that the project would last for more than a year. However, within six months, they informed me that the project was completed. They did not provide a proper notice period and asked me to leave within seven days. Management response is late when we are facing any issue. And Salary also actually salary date is 5th for all NexWave emp if the salary date fall under weekend then are not going to preponed even if it is long weekend also so some times we facing issue with the salary
