There is nothing which I should like in this company, from last 2 years there is no appraisal, they force to do Saturday and night shift and strongly say that we do not give you payments of Saturday which is a extra working day and night shift allowance, after working 13 years 10 yearsthey laid off my team members just because their salary is high, they don't even realised that their salary is high because of their tenureship because of their experience, managers needed their puppies instead of hard workers and there is many more things that proofs nexval as a bad and worst company...Read More

There are everything which should be disliked 1: manager prefer to keep their puppies in office rather than a good and hard worker employee 2: they force to work on Saturday and night shift without pay and if you complaint the very next day you will see yourself in bench without work 3: they always humiliated good peoples because they concentrate in work not in butter pasting 4: they laid off 13 years experienced employees just because their salary is high now Etc etc...Read More

Teammates, trainings are good but job security not so much in my opinion. Salary & appraisal are also average.

Seniors and TL's are very supportive, friendly environment, Trainers are excellent and outstanding. Best place for HS +12 pass student - can learn many things and can start their work journey from here as well as study. Work from home benifit Very good Job security in bad times even in pandemic.

No private health insurance benefits Very slow growth Very low compensation as per industry & work. Very low (you can't even imagine) increments on appraisal. No personal skills or soft skills development program for. Employees. Favouritism Notice period is too long. KPI mechanism and appreciations system is bad. Don't have system to update everyone inside the board regarding birthday, marriage anniversary of employees. Leave policy is bad for 1 day leave you have to clearly mention the reason even if it's personal reason.
