the main reason for giving one star bcz if the employee is working properly they will make him pull out of the company and only hr is good and helping nature person bur remaing everyone are cheaters in the company i have done nearly admisions and as a experience i know how to do each and but in nextinc they made me pullout really i went into depression becz i have worked hard and got apreciations from main management but the inbetween candates have really done polictics and made my job left...Read More

staff is very good and cooperative work environment is very good no discrimination among any staff as well as housekeeping staff too which is very difficult to see salary is good for freshers only good company for starting your carrier where you work and enjoy too company very punctual about salary time

Dislikes

do not provide any travel facility but there is one shuttle which only pick you from shankar chowk and drop you to shankar chowk salary is very low and appraisal is only nominal not good for long term carrier
