This is a company which takes people for internship. They ask you to pay sone 20-30k promising hands on experience. What they really do us give you a system with Internet connection and ask you to learn everything by yourself and give them the final product.

Dislikes

Some tutors are helping. But the management is.. Well it's typical management. They give job to some (usually 1) person (female) as so called HR manager. They lure you in. Management will fish you out. They take your money and surely will give you certificate. Which has 0 if not negative impact on your career. Total waste of my money time and resources. That's summary. And don't get fooled by 5 stars here. They are also into digital marketing. They know what is what and how to change things.

Best team Best management but some employees who join here are really miserable. They come here to eat money without any productivity and for zero revenue to the company. If someone has that mindset kindly stay at home coj Next Novity is definitely not for you.

Dislikes

I dislike some disgrace employees who keep cribbing about how many working hours,what is the pay scale. It’s very simple if you work you get paid. Don’t try to be over smart because management is young but have 360 degree knowledge of everything.
