Likes

Great environment with 12 acres of play ground including air conditioning class rooms. The management is always available to address any inconvenience. Team mates are extremely good. There is a nutritional canteen which serves a wide menu. Air conditioned accommodation is available for both teachers and students. The rooms are well maintained by sanitary department of the school. I had my work life's most wonderful moments with the school. Work life balance is too good. The management is extremely generous ....Read More

I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom with my job. I work full time with a flexible schedule both in and out of school.

No improvement jn salary....

The job is quite interesting. I use to meet 5 parents in a day... I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team....

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
