The AVP and the senior management and the companies Culture and ethics are superb and company believes in long relationship with employee .

- no work life balance - no result oriented work expected If u are single your RM might ask you to not marry at all and work on sundays also 😅

Work policy: No structure was there , travels were unplanned , reporting manager just focuses on one thing that is slogging each day for 10hours and not at all result oriented and NO WORK LIFE BALANCE .
