The most beautiful part about working with Next is that nobody is a boss. Personally, the feeling was every body has their own set of roles and responsibilities and all of us are executing it together. Traveling and exploring places, understanding the local culture is another added advantage especially if you are an avid traveler.

Personal life takes a slight beating especially if you have children.

Main work is to provide product training to our client schools. In addition, some additional work like reviewing content, setting customized assessments, etc.

The project manager was criticising, demotivating, and harass people rather than giving a learning environment. No positive attitude is seen in Managers . Except a limited people.
