Extremely toxic work place filled with incompetent managers judging competent employees. I wouldn't recommend even my enemies (if I had any) to work here at this point of time. This organisation once had great working environment but now it's filled with politics and pessimism. The marketing department and it's manager needs specialrecognition for being the ambassador of narcissism. Zero benefits and zero appreciation for your work. Zero appraisals and there's always a 'budget constraint' card to play at the time of yearly appraisal. They'll make you believe that you're even fortunate to have a job. Termination without giving any notice or reason is something the department heads take pride of. The managers instead of being supportive are authoritative. New ideas and thoughts are a stigma which are better left unsaid. Brainstorming is an individual task, the less the better. Perhaps, this might be the only organisation I know that discourages team efforts amd team bonding. If you and your team members have good camaraderie, some so called managers would be pricked and annoyed by the very thought of it.
