It's a company with wonderful objective of providing education solutions to K12 sector and integrates technology with curriculum for the 21st century learners.

Dislikes

The company has managers who are unplanned, don't know to motivate their subordinates which make the most talented and committed professional to give up at certain point of time.

Work Details

Work can be interestingif at all managers plan, listen to subordinates and don't follow the trend of I am the best and nothing needs to change....

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
