I am tempted to speak about all the great things that we do as one of the top most EdTech companies - the meaningful work, the benefits, the engagements and so on. However, I take cognizance of the fact that you are finding it difficult here. We are committed to a seamless work life integration and we do provide enough holidays and leaves as prescribed by the Statutory Authorities. We take pride in our work and are way too involved and engaged in it. Having said that if you are finding that work is more and disorganized, please speak with your manager or HR to see if there's some workable solution. I'd encourage you to work towards a solution for both the organization and your well being. Please take care.
