-Having no work at all -You can learn a lot on your own as there is no project in house and also very less clients so working on client site also

Everything -HR will make your life hell if you don't give them so much respect -They have no in house projects and they send employees to client site for any work, if you are a developer you can also be working on documentation -salary is on time only if they are getting from their client, no live projects with client, no salary -increment is given below 10% for best employees too -There is a bond of 3 years(may be just for freshers), for which they take 3 lakhs as deposit but while returning, they will make you cry saying they don't have money right now or any foolish policies, You need to show them proof that you are in need then only they agree to return YOUR DEPOSIT....Read More
